It was around 4:00 PM when I began on the trail. I noted on both sides of the path brushes with black berries. The bush had soft green leaves with tiny black berries in the center of the leaf near the stem.

I was walking to class at around 11 am when I spotted two turkeys in my path to class. They did not even notice me! The clawing the brush and poking the ground with their beaks.

Lady Beetles (Family Coccinellidae)Observer

At around 5:00 pm, I was walking along Strawberry Creek and noted a fern. As I went to look at the fern, I saw a ladybug crawling along the fern's stem. Amazingly enough the ladybug was perfectly symmetrical. It moved very slowly, so I was able to snap a lot of pretty pictures.
