Flycatchers travel from south Asia to Japan for breeding, and take some rest for days in parks in urban area in Tokyo, and then they will go forests in mountain area. So it was very lucky for seeing and hearing his beautiful song that day in the Institute of Nature Study, a park in central urban area of Tokyo, near Meguro station of Yamate line (JR).
I could also see a Narcissus flycatcher and he sang a beautiful song that day in that park. Narcissus flycatcher is a beautiful and popular summer bird in Japan, as well as Blue and white flycatcher.
