Early morning photo on Day 2 of Overland Track

I believe this is Athrotaxis cupressoides (Pencil Pine), a Tasmanian endemic tree in the Cupressaceae family.

The mountain is Barn Bluff, located in the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park in the Central Highlands of Tasmania. Barn Bluff is 1,559 metres (5,115 ft) , 4th tallest in Tasmania.
