We found Gonocephalus grandis close to small rivers and streams. During the next stays we could not find it again.The situation was suspicious for snatching it away. On Pulau Tioman you can find Aphaniotis fusca in primary an secondary forest normally on small trees from about 50cm-3meters. Here the adult males have blue eyes while the females and subadults of both sex have brown eyes.
