I took this picture from a pull-out on Oahu, but would have liked to visit this state seabird sanctuary. Wiki says this island is "home to over 10,000 Wedge-tailed Shearwaters, 80,000 Sooty Terns, 20,000 Brown Noddys..." so those are the species that likely comprise this flock. From the other side of the island, we saw a steady stream of sooty terns headed around the corner of the lighthouse and towards these islands.
