I believe this is a young changeable lizard.
Sorry for the bad pic. Its a screen grab. I knew I wouldn't be able to get close enough with my iPhone to get a proper pic so I used video and pushed in as close as i could before it ran off. The original video is posed here and gives a better impression of the lizard.
Facinating! I've never seen a dragonfly with huge antenna like this.
I wish I could have gotten a few more pictures. I was photographing something else whenthis landed on the door sill next to me. I got one shot off before it split.

This very impressive beetle was sitting in the walkway of an apartment complex here in Hong Kong. I've search for a good while to try and find a match but came up empty handed. Any ID help would be greatly appreciated.

I got him to sit on my grey card so the color should be pretty spot on.
I made a little photography stand out of paper and plastic cups. Testing it out here to see if it helps get clearer pictures. It does, but it really ticks them off and I think it roughs them up a bit. On the bright side they don't fly off and the get their underside.

I often hunt for moths on this wall and tonight i notices someone else was hunting as well.
