Foraging on purple hydroids on the side of the dock.
Adult and juvenile observed on the docks
4 observed on the docks, including two mating!
Fits the description. The fury antennae got me hooked. For some reason I like moths with the fury antennae.
Fits description. Found by the other 2 moths.
Found outside at the deli/bakery where I was eating. Was found by 3 other moths.
Lots of these guys. . . yes on all the kelp.
The same fisherman who caught the rockfish caught 4 of these guys. I tried to get a picture of all 4 together but some random lady was trying to give mouth to mouth to the other three. At least that's what it looked like.
I think. . . Some kind of worm.
The other large individual.
Saw 2 huge ones.
This only grew in one area.
The only one we found in the tidepools. If wrong please correct.
Any help would be appreciated. Was about an inch long.
I don't know if this is right. Any help would be great.
This grew everywhere. ID based on my Audubon book.
Here is the second individual.
Found a lot of these guys but I only got pictures of 2 individuals.
This might be a juvenile of a blue-band but I'm not sure.
I'm pretty sure this is the right ID.
Like I said. . . a lot of these guys.
A whole flock of these guys in one area of the tidal pools. My very first time seeing this guy.
