Tiny and bright pink - on the underside of an oak log. Sponge-like, lacy oval structures on stalks, which released clouds of spores when poked.

Large, about 5" long. Active, did not roll up. Did not have the usual reddish bands - if anything, these were a vague yellowish grey.
Found under redwood log.
This scary guy was found under a very large fallen redwood log, and only put on this moss for a photo op. About 3/4" long; white eyes (!), big front claws and black vestigal wings.
