I assume; photo didn't actually turn out well enough to see any yellow. One of the lower birds seems to be sharing its nest with a corpse.
Tons of gulls that refused to get off the runway! Planes were landing and taking off pretty constantly, and the airport even set a guy in a truck to drive down the runway and try and chase them off, to no avail. They'd fly off a little ways and come right back.
This photo illustrates the value of a good decoy spot!
