about 10 to a dozen - looked mostly like females - all resting under bushes
Walking away from me in University Village
Two hens have been in the neighborhood for the last 10 days or so. One walks with a limp.
Likely male, was quite small. Outside of my place on the power line over the intersection.
Whole flock next to the tennis courts
Only saw one turkey moving up strawberry creek on the uc campus
Cool feeding track on the algae behind this one....
Male wild turkey by itself
One female near the Bay at the Berkeley Marina
Two wild turkeys milling about on the sidewalk/street next to a parked car in Berkeley.
Turkeys came up the street around 45 minutes before dark, hung out in our front yard (and on my car) for about 10 minutes while they organized to go onto our one story high roof. They crossed our roof and one by one flew up to our neighbor's two story roof from which they crossed to his large avocado tree where they nested for the night.
