Found on melaleuca sp
this one seemed to be rebuilding -- this was shortly after rain stopped.
or parazygiella dispar - their webs have the missing piece from upper half with thread leading to their retreat.
This gravid female was the only one near the usual breeding pool. Female, gravid.
No stain, fibrillose stem, no notable smell. Was thinking it might be Lepiota magnispora, but now that I'm looking at pics that doesn't seem right.
Looked like it was growing out of the remains of aralia, but probably just growing from fallen wood.
Probably completely unidentifiable in this state, but I thought it might be interesting to note it hasn't started putting up new shoots yet.
