Quite a few recently morphed and still morphing ones. Big bullfrogs around too.
Two birds and two nests visible, one in the middle of the image and one in lower right. The one pair of birds were going between the two nest sites.
Mother with calf heading north. (That was a buoy they were passing by as I took the photo.)
Seven adults observed. Docent said this area is usually home to a colony of about 200.
Deceased pup was the only young one observed this day.
