There must have been 200 of these birds hidden among the reeds. Amazingly abundant!

Third year returning to winter here. Still in partial eclipse plumage.
I was fortunate to be able to see a line of Greater White-fronted Geese with the larger Tule Subspecies in front and the smaller Tundra in the rear.
It looks like the Tule Goose is fitted with a telemetry unit.
