I observed a lone adult male O.mkiss resting at the tail of a long run within the South Fork Eel River and the Angelo Coast Range Reserve.

I observed a male white-tailed deer grazing the Fox Meadow at the Angelo Coast Range Reserve. This individual frequented this meadow during the summer of 2012.
I observed an adult foothill yellow legged frog at the confluence of Elder Creek and the South Fork Eel River.
I observed high densities of 1st and 2nd instar Dicosmoecus (a cased caddisfly) grazing on a large boulder about 250m downstream from the Elder Creek confluence
I saw this individual while walking within the Angelo Coast Range Reserve along the South Fork of the Eel River.
GPS locationing did not work out here so I had to use the terrain map.
11:45 AM in an open grassy meadow. It has long, veiny wings that when folded give the bug a cigar shape when viewed from above. Note the eggs attached to the end of the abdomen. Total length around 3 inches.
3:30 PM. On a flower petal. I'm tentatively calling it a Cerambycid. I have no idea what plant it's on.
Found at 12:10 PM on road near cabins.
