A large Boa Constrictor (Boa constrictor constrictor) from the Kaw Mountains, French Guiana
Seen in large numbers near pools close to the forest. Actually I don't know the species name yet. Very small animals, males 18 mm, females not more than 22 mm. Eggs are laid on leaves above the water.

Often seen together with Dendropsophus leucophyllatus, D. minutus, Dendropsophus spec. (not yet identified) and Phyllomedusa vaillanti.
