Description: Broken Wing
Notes: The Killdeer with pretend to have a broken wing if there is a predator near the nest. Then the Predator will go after it. Since the Killdeer is pretending it will fly away when the predator is near it.

Track Description: Old bones from deer. Missing some bones. Approximately one year and 6 months old.

Track Description: (Most likely) a toad track. Found in the mud without corresponding trail. 3/4 inch long and 1/4 inch wide.

Track Description: Footprint of muskrat. Three inches long and two and a half inches wide. Claws are visible, but track is old and disturbed.

Track Description: 4 killdeer eggs; white with black speckles and tear-drop shaped. Each egg one inch long and half inch wide. Nest was flat and made of dried plant material. Eggs were covered by mother killdeer until she was scared away.
