It was a small bird with a brown beak and chestnut color feathers. It was laying by the Hudson river.
They were all flying in groups and feeding from the ground. They were small, but had brown wings and a chestnut crown with white cheeks and black spots on them.
We observed different varieties of ducks moving in groups. They also were able to fly a little, but not too high. They were all swimming in the river and looking for food. They were white in color, brown fur, some had green heads with orangey-yellow beak.
