Can't quite place this damsel. When I first saw it was holding it's wings up and the color made me think Variable Dancer. Further inspection points to bluet but the color doesn't seem right for a male bluet even though 8 & 9 seem to indicate a male. Some online photos show female Tule with completely colored 8 & 9, others show them largely black dorsally. Records show it's not peak Tule season but possible here. Is this a Tule and is it a female?
