growing on old limestone base of oil well access road near buttonbush swamp
Found in woods along ravine

growing in very wet peaty soil with giant burreed, tearthumb, and buttonbush
6-7 ft tall growing along edge of wetland, looks a bit like Phragmites from a distance, but has seed head more like barnyard grass
I'm not sure at all what this is. It looks like it has a sparrow bill.
I think this is a wren but I'm guessing sedge wren based on the habitat and comparing to the field guide. Please help or confirm.
