Leucistic red tailed hawk; seen around Everett village/covered bridge area. We have seen her on a nest in past years, but have never seen her offspring. Visitors often report her as a "snowy owl."
I was driving in my car and saw it off of Riverview road on my way to O'Neil Woods. It was amazing right on a Sycamore Tree by the Cuyahoga River.
