Common in powerline ROW. must be the European variety.
Or its Bulbous Buttercup (Ranunculus bulbosus) but I'm 90% sure it's Hispid buttercup (hispidus)
OK this one is throwing me for a loop. Is it purple cress (douglassii) or spring cress (bulbosa). Purple cress has a pinkish flower while spring has a white flower. I can't be sure either way. Or is this not a cress and is something else???
This flower is so very difficult to photograph well.
