On purple clover (Trifolium)
In meadow on grass.
I saw a Toxomerus marginatus perched on the leaf in the center of this image, curve its abdomen around and touch it to the edge of this leaf. When it flew away the small green ovoid objects was on the edge of the leaf. Possible Toxomerus marginatus egg?
Touching abdomen to plant surface. I believe that it was laying eggs. I have other images taken on this same day of the larvae and I believe an egg which I saw a fly laying.
Aphids feeding on Calibrachoa.
These were being preyed upon by syrphid fly larvae.
Lapping aphid honey dew from Calibrachoa leaves and visiting flowers.
Polistes dominula feeding (?) on bread. Seems odd, but it looked like it was eating the bread. On 3rd Floor deck of apartment building.
Larva of Syrphidae on Calibrachoa hunting aphids (also in photo). There were many Toxomerus marginatus adults in the area, this larva could have been one of theirs. The larvae have a very interesting movement, waving their anterior end around and tapping the leaf surface, then "inching" forward.
Agapostemon virescens on white clover on septic field.
On common milkweed.
Nymph stage. In a meadow area on white clover (Trifolium repens).
Archasia belfragei (Tree Hopper) on Nasturtium.
First time user of this application. Looking for more information regarding this plant. Thinking it is a type of Palm?

Among the first plants sprouting this Spring
Saw this cool/dead grass while snowshoeing during the "blizzard"
Yesterday while snowshoeing with my brother in the Farmington Memorial Forest we stumbled upon these animal tracks and scat. One of the pieces of scat was inside of the track. Looked like a paw print, I guessed bobcat but we will see if anyone else can do a better job Identifying it.
The photo was taken with my flip phone so the resolution is not great.
Seen in lactose field. Make was seen with two females. Make would venture out into field more than two females which would stay by edge of field.
Blackish body with orange/yellow patches on wings and body.
Standing in water, gray/white outer coat, long legs and neck, thin beak. Then flew away.
Black and white stripes on wings and back of head, located mid point of tree.
Hopped to grass, small with grayish/brown fur and black eyes.
small red fish colony, seems like they were added to the pond, but not sure.
