In the winter, Oregon's Sea Lion Cave, one of the largest sea caves in the world, is home to exceptional numbers of female Steller's Sea Lions and their pups. The fogginess of the photo comes from the constant mist in the cave created by the crashing waves.
The adult males are feeding off the coast of Alaska.
