At Heritage Park there was this lone rabbit sitting under a picnic table. I thought Jack Rabbit at first but Calgary seems to be out of their range and it didn't look much like a Snowshoe Hare so am taking a chance that someone left their grown-up Easter bunny there.
Magpies in Calgary were GORGEOUS. I didn't get a picture which adequately captures this, because they are also crafty.
