not quite sure, but i think it is Hepatica nobilis?!

orange fungi on a tree bark ( around 30x50cmx20)
Regular snail with colorful shell. ~ 4cm
Slug (~10cm) without shell.
It might be the Comma butterfly
5cm wide, with 4 vivid rings on wings.
Very small fungus-the biggest one is max 1cm. In the background it is moss. (photo is taken with a macro lens converter ring)

Male seen browsing in the open forest where an abundance of young saplings were present.
A number of Mute swans were seen in small lakes of near coastal northern Latvia not far from the Gulf of Riga.
This herd of wild horses was observed grazing near the marsh. These are truly wild animals found in several isolated herds in the Baltic countries.
