At one of the resevoir's spillways, water seeps out from the dam. The ground is moist and the water is cold (~15C).
Having trouble deciding if it is inflata or radiata.
Very small (<10mm) bright yellow flowers, with spur, on light green stem (up to ~10cm); setting is recently disturbed bog, where sphagnum is minimized and peat moss and water are available.
