Amateur life long interest in all things natural. Bird watcher, traveller, photographer. I live in Northern England, on the west coast, where it is often wet and rainy. I used to live in Essex, which is sunnier and has a bigger bird list. Go to the Mediterranean area several times a year, to see some sun, and see some different 'exotic' (to me) birds insects plants etc.
