After college in Ohio, I worked at Everglades Wonder Gardens in Bonita Springs Florida. The small private zoo housed animals from Florida including Am. Crocodiles and Florida Panthers. It was there that I gained an interest in all things natural. Spent 3 summers tagging Loggerhead Sea Turtles in SW Florida. Spend as much time as possible in the rainforests of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. After 40 years in Florida moved to Clark Co. Nevada and enjoy exploring the deserts 3-4 times a week. Special interest in reptiles, birds and native plants.
