Worked at UCB in Plant Pathology for 5 years after graduating (Biology) from UCB. Also have some experience with zooplankton identification. Somehow ended up as a mainframe programmer for 30 years. Retired now. Enjoy hiking and seeing what's up and around. Learning my birds, lichens. Learning landscape design now and doing some horticultural history on the side.
