This is the account for Winooski Valley Park District (WVPD). The Park District includes 18 parks, over 1,700 acres of natural areas, 22 miles of trails, and over 12 miles of shoreline on lakes and rivers in Vermont. The WVPD’s member municipalities are Burlington, Colchester, Essex, Jericho, South Burlington, Williston, and Winooski.

Observations made in WVPD parks are put on this account, which is run by the AmeriCorps Environmental Educator and Resource Specialist. It will be used as a resource to inventory species diversity and distribution.
