Description

A patch of Cowpen Daisy in my front yard has a population of small caterpillars that are constructing shelters on the flowers by folding over some ray flowers, then consuming the disk flowers. I'm uploading images of one such flower, and three different sizes of larvae. The largest is about 10-11mm, the smallest is about 5-6mm.
