Mount Brassica in bloom (here's the same patch last month, when I didn't get close enough to confirm the ID).

This area of the construction site is fenced off so I didn't go closer, but I could see leaf mines of Scaptomyza flava and clusters of dark aphids on growing shoots (perhaps Brevicoryne brassicae).
