Description

Several, mostly pink, plants growing on unkept, roadside verge amongst other exotic annuals, Epilobium cinereum, Lychnis arvensis, Sagina procumbens etc. Doesn't appear to have been planted. Looks like Spergularia, but only two stigmas. The pink is double-flowered with 10-11 petals in two whorls; the white is sterile with only 5 petals. Possibly the cultivars 'Gypsy Deep Rose' and 'Gypsy White'.
