This is a POSED specimen. The individual was still slightly teneral, but had certainly not emerged on the last hour. During the summer of 2007, we added 14 new locations for the species in New Brunswick on several different rivers and tributaries, almost all with exuviae records. Other than what were field sight observations, ostensibly of adults in flight at twilight, this and a teneral female were the only adult individuals we managed to collect during the survey.
