Female Libellago lineata
Walking from the guesthouse to the park's entrance I saw this female on a twig's end which was overhanging the roadside. I had never seen anything from Chlorocyphidae so closely before and between the rostrum and the wings extending so far beyond the abdomen I was quite awe-struck.
I only had a 100mm lens with me on this trip and I failed to capture her after a few quick swings but figured I would see more (which I did...but still didn't capture).
At the water I saw some males and females but couldn't get as close as I did here.
