These mushrooms were growing in several "clumps" in the pine area near the Amanitas in the previous observation. The stems were short and joined at a common base for groups of 3-5. I think this may be one of the recently names Gilled mushrooms, but I am not sure.I collected spore and the print was white.The stem was thick and very fibrous, hollow and broke up easily. When the cap was broken it exuded no liquid. I don't have any photos of the broken cap.
I will have to collect more of this to get an ID.
Possibly a Tricholoma. Difficult genus.
