Winged and Once-winged Insects (Subclass Pterygota)

Description

This is an insect that looks like a camoflauged moth clinging to the fibers of the patio screen. A closer look shows its legs, which are short, pointed, and are light brown. It does not respond to my movements. This was found in the afternoon where there was still sunlight.
