Could this scaleworm be Halosydna brevisetosa? I see its plates along its body. I'm finding such incredible worms lately under rocks at low tide. This one was about 2" long under a rock in the sand with other similar worms and some long skinny worms that looked like earthworms and also one that may be Chone aurantiaca or Orange Feather-duster?
