Observed this individual several times flying through the RV park and hunting.

Staff and patrons apparently made a habit of feeding the quail in the park, resulting in large congregations of them in a spot next to the fence of the golf course.

I suspect this cooper's hawk was acutely aware of these gatherings, although I did not observe it actually catch any.
