Ho Koon Chuen Lung 可觀川龍

川龍位於全港最高的大帽山，有數條溪流經過，有過百人居住的村落，以及一年四季都種植的西洋菜田。除了有生態價值高的河溪，在村邊的風水林和其他本地植物吸引了不同的動物棲息。
這個項目希望提供一個長遠的基線資料，為保存這裡和成為學生學習生態的一個好地方。
Chuen Lung is a special place at the highest mountain of Hong Kong, Tai Mo Shan. Chuen Lung has a few streams running through the villages and some of the inhabitants using the freshwater for water cress agriculture. Apart from the ecologically important streams, the native vegetation around the village plus the fung sheng Woodland, favouring the abundant and diverse species of butterflies and other fauna.
This project would like to provide an ecological baseline data in the long-term and hence prove this place is important for both ecology and as a nature classroom for students. less ↑
