Swan Lake Outdoor Education Centre

Don & Trevor here from the Swan Lake Outdoor Education Centre with the York Region District School Board. We are very excited to begin this project to catalogue the many incredible plant and animal species we have on our site. Daily we are amazed by the numerous sightings and close encounters we experience and are constantly finding new things. It has only been a few short months since we've moved in, yet we cannot get over the magnificence of this place.

Though not open to the public, we welcome our school groups, teachers and volunteers, as well as members of the TRCA to add sightings to our Project. We will share this information with the TRCA Biologists so they can better understand just what is going on at the Lake.
