Caecilians like to burrow in wet and shady environment and this type of habitat is generally suitable for agriculture providing food to people. However farming practices that make use of pollutants and fire are not always compatible with caecilians survive. These animals can be used as indicator of friendly farming practices for healthy crop and bridge top down and button up environmental education. Participants will be learinig about caecilian biology while carrying on their daily normal activity. They should share with us caecilians sightings, pictures and/or specimens.
