The rain bought out many of the frogs at Kirindy, including many of large Aglyptodactylus laticeps. This male was caught mid-croak

Description from Wikipedia

Aglyptodactylus laticeps is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
