Description from Wikipedia

Warren's tree frog, Hyla warreni, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Guyana and possibly Brazil and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
