Since these photos were taken, a house was built on this property. I don't know if the development has affected this small, isolated population of green salamanders or not.

The green salamander (Aneides aeneus) is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is endemic to the United States. Its natural habitats are temperate forests and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
