Description from Wikipedia

The two-coloured caecilian, Epicrionops bicolor, is a species of caecilian in the Rhinatrematidae family found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and intermittent rivers.
