Description from Wikipedia

Eirenis levantinus is a species of snake in the Colubridae family. It is found in Israel, Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey. Its natural habitats are Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, plantations, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
