In the same area where I found the frog we suppose to be a Rough Sand Frog. (observation here http://inaturalist.org/observations/44464). A very large lizard. SVL: ~25 cm. I tried to capture but he is much faster and smarter than me.
The Gerrhosaurus are a genus of lizards native to southern and eastern Africa. There are six species found in dry, rocky semi-open habitats.
