Elizabeth and I went to Falcon State Park too -- the cold front was moving through and it was SO windy... Most of our shots turned out blurry. All good though -- we saw cool stuff. :)
Abunda en esta temporada.
Elizabeth and I went to Goose Island State Park, in particular to find the turtles documented by some folks earlier in the month: http://www.inaturalist.org/projects/inat-observation-of-the-day/journal/4990
Alas, we didn't see the turtles, but that's ok -- we spotted LOTS of other really exciting things. :)
Elizabeth and I stayed in Friendly Oaks Bed and Breakfast, so I wandered outside to see what all was around the place. Not too much.
Explored Phil Hardberger Park in the morning -- this park was packed with folks though! Nonetheless, I was still able to sneak up on a few critters... and plants. Plants are relatively easy to creep up on.
This Solanum vine is a new one for me -- I'm not familiar with it.
Explored just a little around Cibolo Creek in Boerne as wife was exploring "Sew It Fabulous" quilt shop.
While Elizabeth was at "Creations" quilt store, I ran over to park near the Guadalupe River. It was really nice, although it was a bit windy. :)
Observed while wife was in "Things in a Room" quilt shop in Fredricksburg with a lady that talked waaaaaay too much, apparently. :) All good -- gave me some time to explore out by this little creek.
