Chimney Rock area
whitish/bluish petals with radiating lines of black dots
This attractive Nemophila was seen in bloom in the southern riparian area of Chiles Creek. The flower colouration suggests var. atomaria. Note the small fragment of lace lichen decorating the image (as found in situ).
The orange dots are aphids (or maybe springtails?).
